In this episode, I’ll be chatting with Michelle Farris– a licensed anger and relationships therapist from San Jose, CA. Michelle and I discuss communication between parents and teens, often a major issue and question that I receive from parents that I work with.

Michelle reviews some important and tangible action steps that parents and teens alike can take to better communicate with one another during this often turbulent time in their lives. Opening up these channels of communication often takes a shift in our mindset, and Michelle goes over some major mistakes parents and teens make and how we can shift our perspectives to support a healthier relationship especially during the college admissions journey.
